If your needs change, you can adjust the frequency, add or remove areas, pause during a shutdown, or end the service with reasonable notice. We would rather earn next month than hold you to a document you regret signing.

How quickly can you start cleaning our site?

Once you accept, a regular commercial clean normally starts within about a week, because we need time to roster the right cleaner, complete your site induction and order consumables. Urgent one-off work, such as a builders clean or an end of lease clean, can often be scheduled sooner than that.

Do you do one-off cleans as well as regular cleaning?

Clean Best does both. Alongside scheduled commercial and home work, we take on one-off jobs: end of lease and bond cleans, builders and post-construction cleans, carpet steam cleaning, and deep cleans before an inspection, audit, open day or event. One-off jobs get the same written quote, the same insured and police-checked cleaners and the same quality check afterwards, and there is no obligation to move on to a regular service.
