Yes — Clean Best carries $20m public liability cover and workers compensation for every cleaner on the roster, and sends the certificates of currency to your building manager or procurement team before the first shift. Every cleaner is police-checked and inducted on your site, and cleaners working in schools, childcare centres or any premises children use also hold a current Working with Children Check. We do not hand your keys to unvetted labour.

Clean Best cleaners arrive with commercial-grade vacuums, microfibre systems, mops, machines and consumables, so you do not need to give up a supply cupboard or restock anything. We use low-odour, hospital-grade disinfectants where infection control matters, and we will switch to fragrance-free or environmentally certified products if your staff, tenants or families ask for them. Safety data sheets are provided for everything we use on your premises.

Clean Best performs most of its commercial work outside business hours. We clean offices, clinics, gyms, schools and warehouses in the evening, overnight or very early in the morning, so your team walks into a finished site instead of working around a vacuum. Our cleaners are briefed on alarm codes, key handling and lone-worker procedures, and we build the roster around your operating hours, security requirements and any after-hours building access rules.

No — Clean Best does not use lock-in contracts. You receive a written scope and a fixed price, and the arrangement continues because the cleaning is right, not because a clause traps you. If your needs change, you can adjust the frequency, add or remove areas, pause during a shutdown, or end the service with reasonable notice. We would rather earn next month than hold you to a document you regret signing.

Clean Best usually inspects the premises within 48 hours of your call and sends the written quote within 24 hours of that walkthrough. Once you accept, a regular commercial clean normally starts within about a week, because we need time to roster the right cleaner, complete your site induction and order consumables. Urgent one-off work, such as a builders clean or an end of lease clean, can often be scheduled sooner than that.

Clean Best does both. Alongside scheduled commercial and home work, we take on one-off jobs: end of lease and bond cleans, builders and post-construction cleans, carpet steam cleaning, and deep cleans before an inspection, audit, open day or event. One-off jobs get the same written quote, the same insured and police-checked cleaners and the same quality check afterwards, and there is no obligation to move on to a regular service.
